After we aimed "bamboo & rattan crafts" as our project topic, we immediately reviewed the projects of former CyberFair winners. Brainstorming was also our key to success, where we all gathered together to share and combine our vary ideas. Our teacher also taught us new ways of analysing and arranging our our materials. For example, S.W.O.T. analysis, mind map....etc. We are sure that these methods will not only help us finish our CyberFair project, but also be a useful tool for gaining knowledge in the future!
In order to track our working progress, discuss certain topics, and organize our work division, we used the following apps and tools to accomplish our mission. 1. Zoom App 2. Gantt Chart 3. Open Poll
Due to the changes of our society, the bamboo and rattan craft industry in Taiwan is decreasing year by year. Yet, we are optimistic about this craftsmanship, and we believe that because of its specialty and unique history, it will never disappear. The master we visited has the same thought as we do, too. No doubt, the bamboo and rattan craft plays an important role in the development of Taiwan, and it's our own loss if we don't learn about it. Hence, as the adults of the future, it is our job to make sure that we do cherish the precious gifts from the previous generation.
